We believe your reading life is yours. Here's what we do, and don't do, with your data.

Boighor is built with privacy in mind. We collect only what we need to run the library: your account, your loans, your reading progress. We don't track you. We don't sell your data. We don't build profiles on you.

What We Collect

  • Email address, for your account and notifications (if you want them)
  • Name, optional; for personalization only
  • Reading progress, so you can pick up where you left off
  • Loan history, to manage your borrowed books and show you what you've read

What We Never Do

  • Store IP addresses in analytics
  • Track your browsing behavior in detail
  • Use device fingerprints or invasive identifiers
  • Sell your data to third parties
  • Use third-party tracking cookies

Analytics

We use anonymous, aggregated stats, like how many books were borrowed today, to improve the service. These numbers can't be traced back to you or any individual user.

Your Control

When you delete your account, all your personal data is removed permanently. No backups, no retention.
